...a brief history....

Born in Margate in 1980, Lloyd first trod the boards in 1990 at The Theatre Royal in Margate in their production of Oliver! in which he played one of the workhouse boys. Lloyd’s career took off when he started work at Devon Valley Holiday Village in Teignmouth, Devon as a Resident Entertainer. He was there for four seasons, during which he was promoted to assistant entertainments manager.

As an Actor AND Vocalist, Lloyd’s versatility was put to the test in 2005 when he auditioned for the cruise ship circuit. He took on two major acting roles on MV Thomson Spirit: Will Mossop in Hobsons Choice and Tony in West Side Story.

Other theatre work includes: Riff Raff in The Rocky Horror Show; Voice of Audrey II in Little Shop Of Horrors; Judas Iscariot in Godspell; Ariel The Robot in Return To The Forbidden Planet; Nick Piazza in Fame and most recently Billy Simpson in Jim Davidson’s comedy play Stand Up And Be Counted.

As a comedian Lloyd has appeared as a guest act for many major Cruise Lines including Cunard, Thomson Cruises, Princess, P and O, N.C.L, Fred Olsen and Holland America... Lloyd also regularly plays Warner Hotels throughout the UK. Lloyd has supported Jim Davidson on five consecutive UK tours and shall be once again supporting Jim this July in a brand new show.

In 2012 Lloyd produced, recorded and released his second DVD Live AND Unleashed to a sellout crowd at The Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Guildford. Lloyd has also appeared in 12 consecutive seasons of pantomime.
